Italian universities: “illegal and morally wrong” Minister for Europe David Lidington MP

Reported in The Telegraph11 April 2013,  Minister for Europe David Lidington  says, “The approach taken by the Italian universities is both illegal and morally wrong” while Vice-President of the European Parliament Edward McMillan Scott MEP said “I have been receiving complaints about the discriminatory treatment of foreign language teachers, or lettori , for many years”

    Per chi non lo sapesse, Il Prof. Pignataro (nella foto sopra) è Rettore dell’Università di Catania da circa un mese e non è per niente responsabile dei tagli, i quali sono stati decisi dall’amministrazione del Prof. Recca, il suo predecessore. Anzi, vorrei ringraziare pubblicamente il Prof. Pignataro per la sua disponibilità e comprensione in questo momento difficilissimo per noi.
