Brescia Court of Appeal denies fundamental rights of 3 non-Italian lecturers – The Italian Insider

The Italian Insider reports on 3 lecturers – University of Brescia – whose court cases were extinguished by The Brescia Court of Appeal – denying the plaintiffs access to justice in breach of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and Article 45 of the Treaty.


We have appealed to the European Parliament, Petitions Committee to intervene, see letter below:
