    Yet, this is what Italy has always done and is continuing to do. Is anyone ever going to stop this? Hello, EU, is there anybody there???

    This whole story brings to mind the new system of private arbitration adopted in the US for many contract disputes. Employees who feel their rights have been trampled have no hopes of reparation as their rights have been waived. This is the world that is coming
